Divorce/dissolution decrees must be obtained from the Circuit Clerk's Office in the county where the divorce/dissolution occurred.
If ended due to death within the last 6 months, you must have documentation of the death (death certificate, obituary, etc.)

Both of you will need to appear in person in the Peoria County Clerk's Office at least one day before the cermony is conducted to obtain the official license.
